Delicious Sunday Roast. Service once seated was extremely attentive. The booking system confused me though, I booked via thefork, then received a &quot;confirmed&quot; status email. The Albany emailed back to say a booking couldn&#39;t be made. I received another email saying the booking was confirmed once more, so went to the Albany at the scheduled time only to find the booking was not made after all. I managed to get a seat with friends in the end but going forward it would be good to improve how bookings are handled.

The lunch was excellent with good choices, the staff were friendly and we would definitely return.  A very good location after a visit to Hampton Court.
